İnter arma silent leges, Latince bir deyim olup, Savaş sırasında hukuk susar şeklinde Türkçeye çevrilebilir. Özellikle "haklı savaş" kavramının gelişmesiyle, üstünde durulmaya başlanmış bir ilkedir.
