Alexander "Kakha" Lomaia (Gürcüce: კახა ლომაია) Gürcü politikacı ve Gürcistan Cumhuriyeti Ulusal Güvenlik Konseyi Genel Sekreteri.

Lomaia'nin Gürcistan Eğitim ve Bilim Bakanı görevine getirileceği söylenmiş, Gürcistan Başbakanı Lado Gurgenidze onun yerine Maia Miminoshvili'yi Gürcistan Eğitim ve Bilim Bakanı olarak atamış, onu Gürcistan Ulusal Vergi teftiş merkezine atamıştır. Ayrıca Gürcistan toplum kuruluşu idari yöneticisidir.
