Yetişkinde Babinski Bulgusu

Babinski Bulgusu, ayağın iç yüzünün künt bir cisimle uyarımıyla ayak başparmağının normalde yaptığı fleksiyon hareketi yerine ekstansiyon hareketi yapmasına denir. Bu bulgu çoğu zaman üst motor nöron hastalığını gösterir. Yenidoğanlarda ise bu bulgu normal olarak görülür.[1]

Bu bulgu ismini Polonya asıllı Fransız nörolog Joseph Babinski'den (1857–1932) almıştır.][2]
