Berlin Plus, 16 Aralık 2002'de AB ile NATO arasında yapılan bir dizi anlaşmaya verilen kısa ad.[1] Bu anlaşmalar NATO'nun 1999 Washington zirvesinin sonuç bildirgesine uygun olarak hazırlandı.[2] Anlaşmalara göre AB, kendi barış gücü operasyonlarında NATO'nun varlıklarından yararlanabilecektir.
