Codex Theodosianus

Theodosius kanunları (Latince: Codex Theodosianus) II. Theodosius'un vali Anthiokhos'un teşvikiyle 435 ve 438 yılları arasında hazırlattığı kanunlardı. Büyük Konstantin'den beri çıkartılmış olan imparatorluk kararnameleri tek bir derleme halinde toplanmış ve tasnif edilmişti.
