David Thewlis
David Thewlis (d. 20 Mart, 1963) İngiliz aktör.
Harry Potter ve Azkaban Tutsağı filmiyle Harry Potter serine aktör daha sonra Harry Potter ve Zümrüdüanka Yoldaşlığı oynamıştır.
Thewlis Mike Leigh’nin yönettiği “Naked”la uluslararası ün kazandı. Filmin kilit rolündeki bu güçlü performansıyla, 1993 Cannes Film Festivali’nde En İyi Erkek Oyuncu adayı olmanın yanı sıra, Londra ve New York Sinema Eleştirmenleri ile Evening Standard Sinema Ödülleri komitesi tarafından En İyi Erkek Oyuncu seçildi. Aktör, bunun öncesinde, “Life is Sweet”te ve televizyon projesi “The Short and Curlies”de yine Leigh’le birlikte çalışmıştı.[1]
