Enoftalmus, endoftalmi, enoftalmi, göz küresinin göz çukurluğu içine çekik durumda olması. Dehidrasyon ve kaşeksiye neden olan kronik hastalıklar sonucu oluşur. Horner sendromunun bir kompanentidir.
