Geto Boys, Amerikalı hip hop müzik grubu. 1986 yılında Houston, Teksas'ta kurulan grubun günümüzdeki kadrosunu Scarface, Willie D ve Bushwick Bill oluşturmaktadır. Grubun önceki üyeleri arasında Prince Johnny C, The Sire Jukebox, Sir Rap-a-Lot, Raheem, DJ Ready Red ve Big Mike bulunmaktadır.
Grup, seks ve şiddet içerikli şarkı sözleriyle pek çok kez tartışmaların odak noktası oldu. Geto Boys, About.com editörlerinin hazırladığı Tüm Zamanların En İyi 25 Rap Grubu listesinde 10. sırada yer aldı.[1]
