Guy Edward Pearce (d. 5 Ekim 1967; Ely, Cambridgeshire), İngiliz asıllı Avustralyalı sinema oyuncusu.
3 yaşındayken ailesiyle İngiltere'den Geelong, Avustralya'ya taşındı. 5 yıl sonra test pilotu olan babası bir kazada hayatını kaybetti. 11 yaşında tiyatro çalışmalarına başladı. Gençliğinde vücut geliştirme ve eskrimle ilgilendi.
Guy Pearce 2000 yılı yapımı Memento filmindeki oyunculuğuyla Saturn Ödülüne aday gösterilmişti. Ayrıca yine bu filmde En iyi Aktör dalında Sierra Ödülü ve SDFCS Ödülü kazanmıştı.
Bir vejetaryen olan Pearce, 1997'den beri psikolog Kate Mestitz ile evlidir.
