Heinrich Gelzer aslen Heinrich Carl Guido Gelzer (d. 1 Temmuz 1847 Berlin; ö. 11 Temmuz 1906 Jena) isveçli klasik filolog, eski çağ tarihçisi ve Bizantolog. Çalışmalarında geç antik çağ ve orta çağ bizans tarihine ağırlık vermiştir.
