Ioan Gruffudd (d. 6 Ekim 1973, Llwydcoed), Galli oyuncu. 1997 yılı yapımı Titanik filminde Titanik gemisinin beşinci subayı Harold Lowe rolüyle oynadı.
Gruffudd son dönemdeki önemli filmlerde rol aldı. Bunlar Kral Arthur (2004), Fantastik Dörtlü (2005), bu filmin devamı olan Fantastik Dörtlü: Gümüş Sörfçü'nün Yükselişi (2007), Amazing Grace filminde kölelik karşıtı İngiliz William Wilberforce'u ve W. filminde (2008) Tony Blair'ı oynadı. Şu anda Forever[1] adlı TV dizisinde Dr.Henry Morgan karakteriyle başrol oynamaktadır.
