Jackie Gleason (Doğum: John Herbert Gleason; 26 Şubat 1916 – 24 Haziran 1987) Amerikan komedyen, aktör ve müzisyen. En çok sırnaşık görünümü ve sözlü komedi stili ile bilinir. The Honeymooners filmindeki Ralph Kramden karakteri meşhurdur. Diğer önemli karakterleri The Hustler filmindeki Minnesota Fats ve Smokey and the Bandit serisindeki Buford T. Justicedir.
