James Douglas Muir (d. 28 Nisan 1950),[1] Amerikan stand-up komedyeni. 1992'den beri, NBC'de The Tonight Show with Jay Leno'yu sunuyordu. 2009'da ise kendi programı olan The Jay Leno Show'u sunmaya başladı. Ardından eski programı olan The Tonight Show'a Conan yerine geri döndü . 17 Şubat 2014 tarihinde The Tonight Show'u Jimmy Fallon'a teslim etti.
