Jill Talley (d. 19 Aralık 1962) ,ABD'li aktris, seslendirme sanatçısı. Yer aldığı seslendirme yaptığı Mr. Show ve SpongeBob SquarePants animasyonlarıyla ses getirdi. Ayrıva Tv dizisi Sarah Dubois karakterini canlandırdığı The Boondocks 'da oyuncu olarak yer aldı. Kendisi gibi oyuncu Tom Kenny ile evli olup iki çocuğu vardır.
Oyuncu Jill Talley Şikago, Illinois doğumludur.[1] Eşi Tom Kenny ile 1992 yapımı The Edge adlı yapımda beraber rol aldılar. Oyuncunun iki çocuğundan Mack 1997'de kızı Nora ise Ağustos 2003'te doğmuştur.[2][3]
