Catherine Ann "Katy" Manning (d. 14 Ekim 1946) İngiliz oyuncu. BBC'de yayınlanan Doctor Who dizisinde Üçüncü Doktor'un yol arkadaşı Jo Grant rolünde oynamıştır.[2] Ayrıca birçok tiyatro oyununda yer almıştır. Şu anda Avustralya vatandaşıdır.[3] 2009 yılında İngiltere'ye dönen Manning Londra'da yaşamakta ve çalışmaktadır.
