Lodewicus Theodorus "Louis" Oosthuizen (d. 19 Ekim 1982), Güney Afrikalı golfçü. 2010 Britanya Açık şampiyonu olan Oosthuizen 2012 Masters'ta ikinci sırayı almıştır. European Tour'da 5, Sunshine Tour'da 7 birinciliği bulunmaktadır.
