Lynsey de Paul (doğum adı :Lynsey Monckton Rubin ; d. 11 Haziran 1948 ; ö. 1 Ekim 2014, Londra), İngiliz rock şarkıcısı, besteci, piyanist ve söz yazarı.
1977'de İngiliz müzisyen Mike Moran ile birlikte seslendirdikleri Rock Bottom adlı parçayla İngiltere adına Eurovision Şarkı Yarışması'nda ikinci oldular.
