Wanda Maria Howell, ABD'li aktris ve şarkıcı. Gastonia, Kuzey Karolina'da doğmuş ve Winston-Salem Eyalet Üniversitesi'nden mezun olmuştur.

Bir Jazz şarkıcısı olarak çalışmıştır ve ilk film rolünü 1985'de The Colour Purple filmiyle almıştır. 1995-2001 arası Okinawa, Japonya'da yaşamıştır.

Drop Dead Diva, Army Wives, The Game, Necessary Roughness ve The Vampire Diaries gibi dizilerde konuk oyuncu olarak oynamıştır. Daddy's Little Girls (2007), Mississippi Damned (2009), The Blind Side (2009), ve What to Expect When You're Expecting (2012) filmlerinde ana rollerde oynamıştır.

Howell 2013'te The Hunger Games: Catching Fire'da oynamıştır. Ayrıca 2012'de Revolution'da Grace Beaumont ve 2013'te Devious Maids'de Ida Hayes rolünde oynamıştır.
