Mark Millar (d.24 Aralık 1969) İskoç çizgi roman yazarıdır. Wanted, Marvel Knights, Spider-Man, Ultimate Fantastik Dörtlü, Kick-Ass ve Civil War en tanınmış kitaplarıdır. 2007'de ise Şikago'da Stan Lee ödülünü kazanmıştır.
