Matthew McGrory (17 Mayıs 1973 - 9 Ağustos 2005) uzun boyuyla tanınan ABD'li film aktörüdür.
McGrory, West Chester, Pennsylvania'da doğdu. Widener University'de eğitim gören McGrory buranın ilk katındaki Howell Hall'da kaldı. Boyu 2,29 metre ayakkabı numarası 29,5'du.[1] Hiçbir zaman fiziksel test yapılamadı. Bubble Boy, Big Fish, House Of 1000 Corpses ve The Devil's Rejects sinema filmlerinde ve Malcolm in the Middle, Charmed ve Carnivàle adlı televizyon dizilerinde rol aldı. Kız arkadaşı Melissa ile Sherman Oaks, California'da yaşayan McGrory, 9 Ağustos 2005 günü öldü.[1]
