Max Fleischer (19 Temmuz 1883 - 11 Eylül 1972), ABD'li mucit, film yönetmeni ve yapımcı.[1][2][3][4]

Canlandırmalı çizgi filmin öncülerinden biri olan Fleischer bu alanda çalışan Fleischer Studios'un başkanlığını da yürütmüştür. Betty Boop, Koko the Clown, Popeye ve Superman karakterlerini izleyiciyle buluşturmuştur.[5]
