Michael Angold (d. 1940), Bizans tarihi profesörü .
Michael Angold, lisans ve doktora eğitimini Oxford Üniversitesi'nde tamamlamıştır. 1970 yılından beri Edinburgh Üniversitesi'nde çalışmaktadır. 1996 yılı ile Emeritus Profesörü atandığı 2005 yılına kadar arasında Bizans tarihi profesörü olarak görev yapmıştır.
