Milo Anthony Ventimiglia (8 Temmuz 1977; Anaheim, Kaliforniya), ABD'li oyuncu ve film yönetmeni.

Gilmore Girls dizisindeki Jess Mariano ve Heroes dizisindeki Peter Petrelli rolleri ile tanınmaktadır. Babası Sicilya asıllıdır. Tiyatro okulu amacı ile geldiği San Francisco'dan sonra CSI: Crime Scene Investigation, Sabrina, Law and Order: Special Victims Unit ve Boston Public gibi dizilerde konuk oyuncu olarak ve 2006 yapımı Stay Alive isimli filmde de rol almıştır. 2006 yapımı Rocky Balboa adlı filmde Rocky Balboa Jr. rolünde oynamıştır. Oyuncu arkadaşı olan Hayden Panettiere ile ilişkisi vardı fakat "hayat tarzları farklılığı" ndan dolayı ayrılmışlardır.
