Misha Collins (doğum ismi: Misha Dimitri Tippens Krushnic)[1][2] (d. 20 Ağustos 1974, Massachusetts), Amerikan aktör.
2002 yılında lise aşkı yazar Victoria Vantoch ile evlenmiştir[3]. Şu anda "Supernatural" adlı dizide "Castiel" isimli bir meleği canlandırmaktadır.
Dizideki rol arkadaşları Jared Padalecki ve Jensen Ackles ile yakın arkadaştır. 23 Eylül 2010 tarihinde West Anaximander Collins adında bir oğlu, 25 Eylül 2012 tarihinde ise Maison Marie Collins adında bir kızı olmuştur. Boyu 1.80'dir.
