Hybridom tekniği ile monoklonal antikor üretimi şeması

Monoklonal antikorlar sadece bir epitopa karşı reaksiyon gösteren antikorlardır ve sadece bir adet B-Lenfosite dayanan hücre klonundan elde edilirler. Monoklonal antikorların elde edilme yöntemi 1975'te César Milstein, Georges Köhler ve Niels Jerne tarafından tanımlanmıştır.[1]
