Mustafa Kibar (d. 25 Mayıs 1964), Türk bilim insanı. 6 Ağustos 2012 tarihinden itibaren Çukurova Üniversitesi Rektörlüğü görevini yürütmektedir. Nükleer tıp uzmanıdır.
