Nikos Koundouros (Yunanca: Νίκος Κούνδουρος), 1926 yılında Girit'te dünyaya gelmiş bir film yönetmeni. Yunanistan içinde oldukça meşhur olan yönetmenin, belgesel filmeleri de vardır.
