Perforasyon Tıpta içi boş bir organın anormal olarak açılması. Lümenli bir organın belirli bir noktadan delinerek muhteviyatını periton boşluğuna sızdırmasıdır. Perforasyona ilişkin en önemli komplikasyon peritonitis'dir.
