Hayatı
New York'da doğan Hoffman çocukluğunu Roslyn Heights'de geçirdi. Old Westbury'de bulunan The Wheatley School'dan mezun olduktan sonra Arizona Üniversitesi'nde eğitimine devam etti. Üniversiteden mezun olduktan sonra Los Angeles'a taşınıp oyunculuk kariyerine başladı.
