Robert "Bob" Guillaume (d. 30 Kasım 1927), Amerikan sahne ve televizyon aktörü. Soap dizisindeki Benson Du Bois rolü ile bilinmektedir. Aslan Kral filminde mandrill Rafiki'yi seslendirmiştir. Sports Night filminde, Isaac Jaffe rolünü, Half Life 2 filminde ise Eli Vance rolünü canlandırmıştır.
