Rostislav Khugayev (d. 1951), 26 Nisan 2012- 20 Ocak 2014 tarihleri arası Güney Osetya Başbakanı olan politikacı.
Rostislav Hugayev 20 yaşındayken Kuybiyşev'e taşındı. 1979 yılında Kuybiyşev İnşaat Mühendisliği Enstitüsü'nden mezun oldu.
