Safâ tepesi, Mekke'de Kâbe yakınlarında bulunup hacıların hacda tavaf yaptıkları günlerde yedi kere gidip geldikleri yolun bir ucundaki tepedir. Diğer tepenin adı Merve tepesi'dir.
