Silvio Giuseppe Mercati

Silvio Giuseppe Mercati (d. 16 Eylül 1877 Villa Gaida; ö. 16 Ekim 1963 Roma) italyan Bizantolog.

Aldığı bir burs vesilesi ile Almanya'ya eğitim almaya gelen Mercati, Göttingen'de Wilhelm Meyer'den, Münih'te Karl Krumbacher'den dersler aldı. İlk makaleleri 1908 yılında "Byzantinische Zeitschrift"'te yayınlandı.
