Tawaret yontusu

Mısır mitolojisinde 'Tawaret' (aynı zamanda Taurt, Tuat, Taueret, Tuart, Ta-weret, Taweret ve Taueret) hamile kadınların bebeklerin koruyucusu olan tanrıçadır. Yüzü timsah, vücudu hipopotam, ayakları ise ceylan şeklinde betimlenir.
