Teklif veya gerçek adıyla The Proposal, 2009 yapımı Amerikan romantik komedi filmidir. Filmin çekimleri Alaska eyaletinin Sitka şehrinde şehrinde yapılmıştır. Anna Fletcher tarafından yönetilen filmde Sandra Bullock ve Ryan Reynolds başrol oynamıştır. Film, 19 Haziran 2009 tarihinde Amerika Birleşik Devletleri'nde, 20 Haziran 2009 tarihinde de Türkiye'de vizyona girmiştir.[1] En çok hasılat alan romantik komedi filmlerindendir.
