Walter Sergei Skinner Türkiye'de TGRT ve CNBC-e'de yayınlanmış olan Gizli Dosyalar (The X-Files) dizisinde Mitch Pileggi tarafından canlandırılmış olan bir karakterdir. Skinner dizide FBI Müdür Yardımcılığı görevindedir ve X-Files departmanını denetleme görevi de ona aittir. FBI'dan önce Deniz Kuvvetlerinde görev yapmış Vietnam Savaşı'na katılmıştır
