William Russell Enoch (d.[1] 19 Kasım 1924), bilinen adıyla William Russell, İngiliz oyuncu. Sunderland'de doğmuştur. En çok bilinen rolü Doctor Who adlı Britanya bilim kurgu dizisindeki Ian Chesterton rolüdür.

Russell 1950 ve sonrasında filmlerde oynamaya başlamıştır. En çok bilinen filmleri They Who Dare (1954), One Good Turn (1955), The Man Who Never Was (1956) ve The Great Escape (1963) olmuştur.
