Amariah Brigham
Amariah Brigham (d. 26 Aralık 1798, New Marlborough, Massachusetts – ö. 8 Eylül 1849, Utica, New York), sonraları Amerikan Psikiyatri Birliği haline gelen Association of Medical Superintendents of American Institutions for the Insane'in 1844'teki kurucularından biri olan psikiyatrist. Utica Psychiatric Center'ın ilk müdürü olarak hizmet verirken Dr. Brigham, buranın resmi süreli yayını olan The American Journal of Insanity'yi (şimdiki adıyla The American Journal of Psychiatry) çıkartmaya başladı ve buranın ilk editörü oldu.
