Cortado, espresso ve az miktarda sıcak süt ile hazırlanan içecektir.[1] Cortado kelimesi İspanyolca cortar (kesmek) fiilinin geçmiş zaman çekimidir. Seyreltmek, hafifletmek anlamında kullanılmıştır.
