Graeme Harper (d. 11 Mart 1945^[1]), Britanyalı televizyon yönetmeni. Doctor Who dizisinin hem klasik (1963-89) hem de modern (2005-günümüz) serisinde çalışan tek yönetmendir. Doctor Who Dergisi'nde ondan "Doctor Who dizisinde en uzun süre görev yapan personel" olarak bahsedilmiştir.^[2]
