Latin yelkeni

Aslen yelkenlilerde kullanılan, latin yelkenin günümüzde biraz farklı bir formu Sunfish gibi çok bilindik küçük teknelerde kullanılmaktadır.

Latin (İngilizce Lateen, Fransızca latine, "Latin" anlamına gelir^[1]) ya da Latin yelken teçhizatı gemiyi baş kıç istikametinde yol aldıran, babafingoya belli bir açıyla asılıp, uzun serene takılan üçgen yelken.
