Música sertaneja, Brezilya'da doksanlı yıllarda ortaya çıkan müzik türüdür.Akordeon ve akustik gitar bu müzik türünde vazgeçilmezdir. Türkiye'de popülerdir.Ancak insanlar sertanejo müziğin ne olduğunu bilmezler.
