En İyi Yeni Erkek /Kadın Sanatçı/Grup için Mnet Asya Müzik Ödülleri ( 남자 / 여자 신인상 / 그룹 상 ) bir ödül CJ E & M Pictures ( Mnet ) tarafından her yıl sunuldu.

 İlk 1999 yılında yapılan 1. Mnet Asya Müzik Ödülleri töreninde verildi ; Kazananlar Lee Jung - hyun ve ekibinin şarkıları "Gel " ve " Veda " , sırasıyla "En İyi Yeni Sanatçı Solo " ve " En İyi Yeni Grup " başlıkları altında ödül aldı ve en artistik yeni sanatçı onuruna verilen müzik endüstrisinde başarı sağladı.^[1]
