Paul Verhoeven (Felemenkçe: [ˈpʌul vərˈɦuvə(n)]; doğ. 18 Haziran 1938) uluslararası düzeyde tanınan Hollanda asıllı film yönetmeni, senaryo yazarı ve prodüktör.
Verhoeven'ın en çok bilinen filmleri arasında RoboCop (1987), Total Recall (1990), Basic Instinct (1992), Starship Troopers (1997) ve Hollow Man (2000) bulunmaktadır.
