Stanley Weber 13 Temmuz 1986 tarihinde Jacques Weber ve eşi Christine'nin oğlu olarak Paris, Fransa'da doğdu. Kim adında bir kız kardeşi ve Tommy adında bir erkek kardeşi vardır.

Weber, Cours Florent'da ilk oyunculuk dersleri aldı, ve sonra Conservatoire national supérieur d'art dramatique'a kaydoldu. Ayrıca London Academy of Music and Dramatic Art'da da okumuştur.
