Zorbalık
Zorbalık, güç kullanarak, korkutarak, tehdit veya zorlama ile başkaları üzerinde egemenlik empoze etmek olarak tanımlanır. Davranışlar sıklıkla tekrarlanır ve alışkanlık haline getirilir. Temel bir önkoşul olarak kabadayı veya başkaları tarafından sosyal ya da fiziksel bir güç dengesizliği algısı vardır. Bu tahakkümü savunmak için kullanılan davranışlar sözlü taciz ya da tehdit, fiziksel saldırı ya da zorlama şeklinde olabilir ve eylemler belirli hedeflere yönelik olarak defalarca tekrarlanabilir. Bu tür davranışlarda gerekçeler ve rasyonelleştirmeler olarak sınıf, ırk, din, cinsiyet, cinsellik, görünüm, davranış, mukavemet, boyut ya da yetenek farklılıkları savunulmaktadır.[1][2] Eğer zorbalık bir grup tarafından yapılıyorsa mobbing adını alır. [3] Zorbaların hedeflerine kurban denir.
