Yönelim ve Birlik (Katalanca: Convergència i Unió, CiU) Katalonya'da siyasi bir federasyondur. İki siyasi partiden oluşur. Convergència Democràtica de Catalunya (liberal) ve Unió Democràtica de Catalunya (hıristiyan demokrat) 1978'de Koalisyon kurdular, 2001'de federasyona tekrar döndüler. Convergència Democràtica de Catalunya'nın ilk lideri Jordi Pujol i Soley'dir. 1980,2003 yılları arasında Katalonya özerk yönetiminde Convergència Unió iktidarı vardı. 2008 Mart seçimlerinde İspanya Temsilciler Kongresi'nde 10 milletvekili ile yer aldı.
Parti, 17 Haziran 12015 tarihinde ulusal anlamda kendini feshetti.
