Dexys Midnight Runners, (şimdiki adı Dexys)^[1], 1980'lerin ortalarında büyük başarı yakalamış, soul müzik etkileri görülen İngiliz pop müzik grubu. En çok bilinen şarkıları, "Come on Eileen" ve "Geno"'dur. Her iki şarkı da UK Singles Chart'ta 1 numaraya kadar yükselmiştir.

Come on Eileen adlı şarkıları Perks of Being a Wallflower adlı filmde, film müziği olarak kullanılmıştır.
