Elisabeth Kopp (d. 16 Aralık 1936, Zürih), İsviçre federal hükümetine seçilmiş ilk kadın siyasetçi.

Çocukluk dönemini Bern'de geçiren Kopp 1960'ta hukuk öğrenimini tamamlamış ve Hans W. Kopp'la (1931-2009) evlenmiştir.
