Gençlik organizasyonu, İspanyol Toplum Partisi'nin Yeni Kuşakları (Nuevas Generaciones del Partido Popular, NNGG)'dır.
Merkeziyetçi Demokrat Enternasyonal, Uluslararası Demokrat Birliği ve Avrupa Toplum Partisi'nin bir üyesidir. Avrupa Parlamentosu'nda 16 temsilcisi bulunmaktadır.
